Our Team
Prairie Land Lighting was started in 2022 by two U.S. veterans and longtime friends who came up with the idea when they were deployed in Ukraine.
Will Aitken
Will has 21 years of service with the Illinois Army National Guard. During that time he served as a field artillery senior sergeant, joint fire support specialist, radio operator-maintenance, and telecommunications operations chief. Will was deployed to Afghanistan (2008-2009) and Ukraine (2020-2021). He lives in Mattoon, Illinois. Will has a daughter, and they spend their free time kayaking, hiking, and traveling.
Jason Coventry
Jason has served in the Illinois Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve for 27 years, working as an infantryman and psychological operations specialist. His deployments include Kuwait (2001), Germany (2002), Iraq (2005-2006), Afghanistan (2008-2009), and Ukraine (2020-2021). Jason lives in Findlay, Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and son swimming, listening to music, and traveling.

Jason and William did an amazing job! They are both very professional and responsible people. I absolutely love what they’ve done with my house and will definitely hire them next year!
